Message Frequency and Fees
- The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with us and may vary from 1 to 2 messages per week (or more during active services, promotions, or appointment periods).
- Standard text messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Vital Link Services is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile provider.

You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time:
- Replying STOP to any message (this will unsubscribe you from all future messages).
- Contact us directly at Vital Link Services and request removal from our SMS list.
- Decline or leave the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms.
